What do I do now?
That's great! It's actually very simple to start with Malachi at Dingis Fitness. All you have to do is fill in the form on our Contact Page. I'll get back to you as soon as possible to set up an initial consultation. The consultation itself is up to an hour long. The consultation is simply an opportunity to have a chat with Dingis Fitness about your fitness goals, your exercise preferences and ask any questions that you may have.

What is Dingis Fitness' approach to fitness and nutrition?
Dingis Fitness is dedicated to achieving your fitness goals in an easy and friendly way.
We don't believe in making things overly complicated. We provide the support, accountability and motivation you need to get to where you've always wanted to be.
Every training session and nutritional plan is tailored made for you, so that every aspect matches with your life, to make this life changing experience as seamless as possible.
How does Dingis Fitness deliver this philosophy?
The consultation is the first part of delivering our promise of a simple lifestyle change.
During the consultation we ask about your eating habits, your work routine, sleeping quality, exercise history and much more. We do this to get a good picture of where you are now, and map out your road to fitness.
This means that there is very little guesswork in your journey to health and fitness. We also want every session to be enjoyable so that you enjoy the journey, and so you are not fixated just on the result, but grow as a person during your time with us
Will I need any fitness equipment?
If the session is taking place in the gym, we will have access to all the equipment we need.
If a session is happening in your own home, Dingis Fitness will bring any necessary equipment along to sessions, and will advise you as to what equipment to buy if necessary.
How Often Will I Be Training?
This depends on your goal, how fit you are at the moment,
We recommend training 3-4 times a week. Dingis Fitness can then train you as many times as you would like, within your budget. You will reach your goals faster the more you train with us. More sessions mean that we can monitor you closely and make dietary and exercise changes when necessary.
What type of exercises will I be doing?
The exercises you'll be performing will range from Pilates to weight training to high intensity training (HIT). We focus on your goal, and then pick exercises to get you there as simply and as quickly as possible. We also look at your strengths and try to accentuate those, to keep you feeling confident and engaged during your sessions.
Will I be able to afford a personal trainer?
Yes, definitely! Dingis Fitness wants to make our sessions as accessible as possible.
Most people will opt for 2 sessions a week. However, we will always take your budget into account when we have an inital consultation.
You may have to make some sacrifices to make sure you can train with Dingis Fitness. But we are very confident you will be happy you did.
Where do the training sessions take place?
You can train with Dingis Fitness at home, at the gym, or in the park. The most important thing is to train where you will be comfortable and where you can achieve the results you want.
At the moment, Dingis Fitness works out of Phase One Gym on Upper Bristol Road.
