  • All sessions and services with Dingis fitness are accompanied by a tailor-made programme custom built for you, your needs and goals. This programme can be tailored for those that want weight loss, muscle growth and hypertrophy or toning.

  • Assessments to find out your training and medical history give us the info we need to set realistic and achievable goals.

  • A trainer that will always strive to keep you motivated and focus, and giving you the support needed in whatever way to reach your goals.

Pricing - Made Simple

So many personal trainer sites hide their prices.

We don't. We want to be transparent as possible with our services, so you can make the best choice for you.

  • For 1hr x 1 session a week, sessions cost £35 each.
  • For 1hr x 2+sessions a week, sessions cost £30 each....

If you're already comfortable in a gym, or are looking for sessions on a budget, our 30 minute sessions might be the way forward for you.

  • All 30 minute sessions are £20 each.
